WhatsApp templates, or message templates, are formats for common reusable messages that can be sent by a business through our Messaging platform.

Every template must be approved by WhatsApp before being used – this way they can ensure you are following the guidelines for allowed content.

Before submitting your Template for approval, remember that it needs to contain the entire message you wish to send.

You can add dynamic fields (variables) to your message, which you can replace with keywords when it’s time to send, such as: names, businesses, addresses, or with default words that make sense in your text.

The flow for registering and requesting a new Template is done directly on the Wavy Messaging platform.

See below how to register a template.
