Under Reports, you can see how your triggers perform.
To access the reports tab, on your left-side menu, expand the messaging menu and then click on Reports:
Select the channel (WhatsApp or SMS) you wish to view and filter according to your needs. Even if you do not have SSM or WhatsApp contracted, just switch the tab between them:
The first filter you need to apply for your search to be correctly extracted is the date filter. You can search up to the last 90 days of deliveries by the platform:
By default, the platform only shows the results of the last 7 days.
You can make your search cleaner by using the other filters, namely:
MTs (The messages you send to your customers);
MOs (The messages your customer sends to your company);
Subaccount that triggered the messages;
User;
Campaign;
Type of content;
Status;
Consolidated report is the overview; you track your results according to the date filter set on the platform, and the result is shown as a percentage.
Detailed report shows the content that was sent, and you can filter by phone number; you can also track whether messages were successfully delivered or if for some reason there was an error.
After applying the due filters, first the platform will bring you a chart view; by running your cursor over the peaks, you can see the number of messages that were delivered on that day and the number of messages that had errors:
Underneath you can view some more information:
Total messages: Number of messages that have been triggered on this platform.
Sent: Number of messages that have been sent by the platform; in this status, it is important to note that when a message is sent, it doesn’t mean that it has been delivered.
Delivered: Number of messages that have been delivered by the platform during the period set on the date filter.
Read: Number of messages that have been read by devices; this field depends on the end user having their read receipt enabled.
Scrolling down to the bottom of the page, you can track the delivery percentage per days:
The detailed report has the same fields as the consolidated report; however, it has one extra field and also one other type of data view.
To access your detailed report, just switch the platform’s tab:
The first filter to be set is the date filter on the top of the screen:
You can search messages up to the last 90 days (this is a platform default).
You can make your search cleaner by using the other filters, namely:
MTs (The messages you send to your customers);
MOs (The messages your customer sends to your company);
Subaccount that triggered the messages;
User;
Campaign;
Type of content;
Status;
Contact or phone number: Imagine a user reporting that they have not received your communication? You can add the customer’s phone number in this field and understand what happened to the message’s delivery.
